Leadership & Committees

Stewardship, service, and community care guide the work of Pennsylvania Chautauqua.

Governance Structure

Pennsylvania Chautauqua is governed by a volunteer Board of Managers elected by stockholders. The Board provides fiduciary oversight, sets policy, and stewards the long-term mission and resources of the Chautauqua.

Board members serve staggered three-year terms, ensuring continuity while welcoming new perspectives. The Board’s work is carried out through standing and ad-hoc committees focused on programs, finances, grounds, safety, and community life.
